Same experience as many other reviewers…

Same experience as many other reviewers here. Ordered a bag almost 3 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. I repeatedly told customer service via email that UPS had made a mistake and confused my order with another package that was in transit (also a company not to be trusted) and every time they responded they tried to tell me I should look in my spam folder or that I was mistaken. Unbelievable. Rebecca Minkoff you just lost a potential lifetime customer.

Can you give ZERO stars?I ordered a bag on May17,2022. They posted the charge on the same day! How is that possible? They have no customer service email, no customer service phone line. After a month of trying to contact them and to find some answers, I replied to their order confirmation text and told them they either credit my account or I would contact authorities and report their shady business practices. Did some scammer take over this company? Such shady business practices cannot be tolerated. I will NEVER buy anything from Rebecca Minkoff . PS.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. I have not received any update on my item being shipped. At checkout the site states shipping within 3-5 days. I called the customer service line and it says “closed due to Covid” I’ve emailed the customer service email 3x, but it bounces back and this is the email address on your website. I’ve also messaged, and commented on Instagram, I’ve sent a tweet on Twitter. I’m not sure what else to do. This is a mid luxury brand and the customer service is horrible. My two items were not cheap!!!!!! At this point, I will never shop the brand again.

I’m sad to report my story is the same…

I’m sad to report my story is the same as the others. Ordered a pair of $230 shoes on May 19. After numerous inquiries, on June 1st I received an email “item has shipped” and gave a tracking number. As of today, June 7th the item still has not been shipped. I emailed them today and the email bounced back that email box is unable to receive mail. This is deplorable practice for a mid to high range brand. If you put a negative comment or question on Fb or Ig, they remove it. They only want the positive comments about their products. Here’s a suggestion…maybe post less on Instagram and take the time to ship people their product! Very disappointed.
Update: I wanted to be transparent that later today, June 7th my item arrived. The fed ex tracking they sent me was not how it was shipped. It was shipped using USPS and they had not given me the tracking number.
My decision to never shop here again still stands.

I purchased a bag on 5/17 and STILL…

I purchased a bag on 5/17 and STILL have not received it. I have tried calling (their customer service center is closed "temporarily due to COVID"), tried contacting them through their website (doesn't work), and have emailed them numerous times. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and they rarely even respond. They said two weeks ago my bag had been allocated and would be shipping and once I reached out again days later I received an apology saying my bag would ship the next day with free expedited shipping. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation, they won't respond to my emails and the last email I sent won't even go through. I have been a customer for 10 years and will NEVER purchase another Rebecca Minkoff bag again. Their customer service agents will just give you the run around.

Disgusted and yes no stars if possible~I’m joining this club people! What a racket; how can they operate like this and have merchandise in major retailers? I have never experienced anything like this. Who can we report her to? I find it hard to believe that Rebecca herself is unaware of these shameful business practices!
I’m shouting from the rooftops: if you want to buy her products, do not buy directly from her website!

Have been waiting for my bag for a…

Have been waiting for my bag for a month now despite them saying they ship within 1-2 business days. Customer service keeps giving me the run around and at this point I’m just going to dispute the charge and never shop here again.

Flimsy quality, lowest quality, bizarre, rude and cheeky customer service

I purchased a bag and a clasp broke. Unresponsive customer service would have been better than a cheeky runaround for almost three months: first, they claimed the clasp was no longer available, when I pointed out all their new collection had that same clasp on every bag - they told me only gold tone was available, and I needed silver. I settled for the gold - then they claimed they sent it out - and they did not. Finally, after a couple of of emails I received the clasps - huge ones and I needed a really tiny ones. Mind - a lot of pictures were sent out from the beginning, proofs of purchase, etc. I sent them a picture of a huge clasp next to the small one - apologies, yes we are sending you the right one, but after a long silence and no new clasps - a reminder email triggered a response, that they already sent a clasp and I received them, proof - a delivery email for the huge ones. Sent a clarifying email to them -apologies, we are sending you the correct clasps promptly. No clasps. A reminder email - and the loop closed - the clasps are no longer available and an advise - to go shopping on Amazon for a similar clasp. All in emails. No live person available.

The bag is brand new.

NO TRACKING/NO BAG

I purchased a bag on 4/19 and it’s 4/28 and they took my money but never shipped the bag. Normally when you place an order you get an order confirmation and 1-2 days a shipping confirmation with tracking. I have have emailed 2x, called, posted on Instagram and Dm my information and nothing!!! I just wanted to get my tracking info since I was excited to get my first RM bag! I saved up and finally ordered the bag on sale for $380. I am reaching out still and they haven’t provided tracking or sent my bag. I am so disappointed!!

Update-same day-4/28/22
They deleted my comments on Instagram. Sent me a DM “Customer service will contact you.” Finally got a reply back from the customer service email telling me they are sorry and I will receive a tracking number by the end of the day. Once order is placed they cannot issue me a refund/cancel the order but if I’m unhappy with the bag to ship it back.
4/29/22-Still haven’t received tracking. WHERE IS THE BAG THAT IS NOW SOLD OUT ON THE SITE? Do your research before ordering here! RM has been having these “issues” since 2017!!!
5/1/22- I was told to disregard last email. I was given a refund.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. There is no phone number and company responds incorrectly or does not respond to emails. I am trying to return an item, and they have “no record” of the PO number, in spite of sending a copy of the packing slip and delivery confirmation with the PO number. Now they have gone silent. Avoid this one!
